Lock in an 8×H100 node-week at today’s price

For teams that need guaranteed nodes for weeks, and the GPU operators who sell them ahead. USDC escrow on Solana pays the seller by the certified hour; hours short beyond 1% pay the buyer damages from collateral.

One claim is one node-week: 168 hours of one 8×H100 node

Every hour is certified against the same test. The week you just ran: 162 hours certified, 6 cut.

Every Thursday, one price clears each series

A call auction runs each Thursday from 8 weeks to 1 week before delivery. Bids are paid in full in USDC; asks are backed by the seller’s collateral and accredited nodes. Every order that fills pays the same price.

Claims
One claim per filled node-week, a Token-2022 token frozen until the holder’s KYC clears
Before notice
Claims move between allowlisted wallets or sell into a later Thursday’s auction
Trade fee

Paid in before the week starts, with collateral locked behind it

The buyer’s USDC sits in the series escrow from the auction on. The seller’s collateral is locked against the same node-week, sized by how far away delivery is.

  1. Notice

Holders call request_delivery: claims burn into delivery tickets. Claims not converted are waived and the seller is paid for them.

  2. Assignment

The seller assigns an accredited node to each ticket. The buyer’s SSH key travels encrypted to the seller; only its hash goes on-chain.

  3. Acceptance

An inspector runs a 30-minute acceptance test and signs. The buyer confirms access; silence confirms after 2 hours.

  4. Delivery

Monday 00:00 UTC. The week starts through the waist.

Each hour of the week is signed for

The buyer’s Delivery Agent signs a heartbeat every minute; the seller’s Provider Agent logs BMC and DCGM telemetry. Every hour, the aggregator commits a root of both on-chain.

  1. Monday 00:00 UTC. The Delivery Agent on the buyer’s node starts signing a heartbeat every minute.

After a 24-hour challenge, escrow pays out by the hour

The committee posts a certificate for each ticket. Escrow goes to the seller for every certified hour; every hour short is refunded to the buyer, and past the 1.68-hour allowance the seller’s collateral pays damages on top.
